Abstract [en]

The overall mission of SATIN is to empower end-users without programming skills to create mobile-services, and to share services with other end-users. In the project researchers from Luleå University of Technology and Umeå University join forces together with different industrial actors to solve the issues on technologies for mobile service-creation, user-driven service design and implementation and the future mobile service business ecosystem.

Abstract [en]

Sense Smart City is a Swedish project designed to conduct research, create new business opportunities and sustainably increase ICT research and innovation capability with specific objective to make urban cities/areas "smarter". The project will generate new and better ICT solutions, that instrument urban areas to gather and combine information (energy, traffic, weather, events, activities, needs and oppinions) continously as well as "on-demand". This will enable city environments to become "smarter", as more adaptive and supportive environment, for its inhabitants and visitors - people as well as organisations.

Abstract [en]

There is a growing interest in Living Labs for innovation and development in the field of information and communication technology. In particular there seem to be a tendency that current Living Labs aim to involve users for co-creative purposes. However, the current literature on Living Lab co-creation is severely limited. Therefore an Interact workshop is arranged as a first step towards a manifesto for Living Lab co-creation.
