Abstract [en]
This study examines the dance teacher and danspedagogers perception of the Simonsontechnique and how it can be used in dance education at secondary school aesthetic programs to raise the achievement of objectives relevant objectives in anatomy, body function and the body's own function according to the new curriculum Gy11. Themethodology for the study was an interview where teachers/educators with experience with the Simonson technique and work in upper secondary school were interviewed. The results show that anatomy is an important aspect of their teaching method. A good way to understand the anatomy is to integrate it in the dance training rather than just teach it theoretically. To create awareness of each individual's circumstances and to work basedon that is an important aspect. Keywords: anatomy, dance, education, Gy11, Lynn Simonson, simonson technique.
