Note

Godkänd; 2013; Bibliografisk uppgift: This recording was done at the request of MODE RECORDS and with the support of Luleå tekniska universitet and Nederluleå församling. I was asked to do this recording because of my association with Cage's organ works since their inception. Not only was a personally acquainted with John Cage, I studied organ with his favorite organist, the interpreter for which he composed both Some of the HARMONY OF MAINE and ASLSP/ORGAN2. I was privy at the time of the works' composition to the communication between Cage and Gerd Zacher, for whom they were written, and in addition was actively involved in the genesis of ASLSP/ORGAN2.; 20131205 (gave)
