Abstract [en]

The total time on test plot and its asymptotic counterpart, the scaled TTT-transform, were introduced by Barlow & Campo (1975) for model identification. This paper illustrates a basis for goodness-of-fit tests for the power law process when data from a repairable system are available (17 refs.)
