Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study was to examine how schools work in year 4 to 6 with identifying and challenging students with an aptitude for mathematics, commonly know as gifted or talented students. In order to acquire data, qualitative methods where used, for instance through qualitative interviews and questionnaires.Those who participated in the interviews where pupils and teachers, while the questionnaires where aimed at headmasters.
