The aim of this essay is to study an amount of implementation descriptions from Norrbottento receive good examples of implementation descriptions and to detect flaws that can becorrected. The aim is also to acquire knowledge and experience through questionnaires andinterviews with plan authors, surveyors and exploiters who have experience withimplementation descriptions.It can be stated that the aim has been fulfilled and that a positive surplus value has beenachieved.
