Abstract [en]

To start system development project it is needed to clarify the prerequisites for it. In this thesis existing theory on how to clarify the prerequisites is presented. This theory is later compared with reality by conducting interviews at MOBIS Parts Europe Sweden in Jönköping and at Autoteknik i Åtvidaberg AB. The data from the interviews was analysed by using content analysis, this to be able to make conclusions and come with advice on how to clarify prerequisites to the reader of this thesis.
