Nuiteq is a company which have great success worldwide with their multitouch software for tablets and touch screens, Snowflake. In 2013 they received the award “Company of the year” here in Skellefteå and is cooperating with big companies like Nasa, Lenovo, 3M, NEC and Sharp. Nuiteq focus mainly on business, education and entertainment and has developed over 90 multitouch applications for their Snowflake suite. In this project an educational and entertaining physical tool has been developed that simulates cloth in a 3 dimensional world, using spring physics and Nuiteq’s multitouch software. The user are able to interact with all ten fingers, in this way utilizing Snowflake to its full potential.
