Motorcyklar, attityder och fördomar: En demokratisk motorcykelklubbs attityder gentemot 1%-kulturen
2013 (Swedish)Independent thesis Basic level (degree of Bachelor), 10 credits / 15 HE creditsStudent thesis
Abstract [en]

The objective of this thesis was to investigate the attitudes of the members of a democratic motorcycle club to 1%-clubs (also known as outlaw motorcycle clubs) and if they perceive themselves to be subjected to prejudices from the society. The study involved open interviews. The results show that the members of a democratic motorcycle club had negative attitudes towards the 1%-culture and 1%-clubs, but not necessarily towards the members of such clubs.
