Abstract [en]

This thesis work deals with the detailed tests and analyses of tilt sensors and a 3D camera for satellite application. For the testing of different types of tilt sensors, dedicated tests are designed, set up and accomplished. In order to determine the performance and error sources, special analysis methods and algorithms are used. The 3D camera is tested on its general performance and its possible fields of application. Finally, the obtained performances are analysed with respect to the intended uses of the sensors, and further testing as well as development work is proposed.
