The method used in order to collect the data for this study are documents and semi-structured interviews with both managers and employees within the organization. The result indicates that employees’ perceptions regarding the activities connected to human resources are positive, and that SHRM-activities can contribute to the organization’s attractiveness as an employer. The present study contributes to theory on employees’ experiences regarding the connection between SHRM and the organization’s attractiveness as an employer. Practical implication for this study is that strategic HR-activities are an important area for organizations to work with, since it contributes to employees’ experiences about their employer.
