Abstract [en]

This thesis tries to make a model of complex ink flow inside an ink jet print head of type XI128. The model of choice is a lumped parameter model. It utilizes that in some cases the set of Maxwell's equations and Naiver- Stokes equation have the same form. The result will then be a mesh of electrical components that can be simulated in PSpice. We find that some parts of the model don't correspond with results measured from real print heads.
