Även om Svenska bolag generellt sett är duktiga på att följa den tekniska utvecklingen i sina branscher så finnsen stor förbättringspotential gällande innovationsförmåga generellt och nyhetsgrad i idéer och produktkonceptmer specifikt. Därför är det intressant att närmare analysera organisering av framgångsrika innovationsprojekt itidiga faser för att bättre förstå det arbete som sker där och vilka lärdomar som kan göras
