Abstract [sv]

Med hjälp av intervjuer med regionala skyddsombud visar artikeln hur arbetsmiljöproblem relaterade till slimmade organisationer formar det systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete i detaljhandeln. Att knappa resurser både skapar de problem som behöver lösas och kringskär möjligheterna till aktiva åtgärder skapar ett moment 22 för det organisatoriska arbetsmiljöarbetet och för främjandet av hälsosamma arbetsplatser i detaljhandeln.

Abstract [en]

Drawing on interviews with regional safety representatives, the article shows how work environment problems related to lean organizations conditions systematic work environment management in the retail sector. As limited resource creates the problem that need to be solved, and restains the possiblities of actions, suggest a catch 22 for the possiblities of promoting healthy workplaces in the retail trade.
