Abstract [en]
In contemporary societies, ensuring the safety and well-being of citizens is a paramount concern. Nowadays many kinds of occurrences are happening in front of our eyes but because of proper communication facilities, we can't take any immediate action against this. To resolve this kind of problem we developed a system named citizen protection service. This system aims to create a web and mobile application for citizens to report issues and incidents in their neighborhoods. Users of this system can choose a location on a map and submit a report instantly, which is then forwarded to the closest police station for immediate action. This system aims to improve communication between citizens and law enforcement to encourage more effective and efficient community problem-solving. For the system's interactive user interface and to find the closest police station, technologies like app development frameworks and mapping API will be used. This makes it possible to respond faster and take better action to solve the issue. Additionally, citizens can keep track of the status of their reports. Our main goal is to provide a user-friendly interface and real-time tracking system. A good tool that encourages citizens to take an active part in securing the security and well-being of their neighborhood is the Citizen Protection Service Application.
