Abstract [en]

one-dimensional numerical model incorporating the - turbulence model is used to study the flow in an ice-covered lake dominated by through-flow. The effects of the rotation of the earth and vertical heat flux on the dimensionless velocity and eddy viscosity profiles are shown and characteristic length scales are presented.
