Some negative details that came up was themanager's planning and ability to give positive praise. In the risk analysis, several pointsconcerning the safety was brought up and some of them came to be the basis for analyzedevents in the disaster plan. The disaster plan is a document that will be revised every year to be up to date, or when majorefforts regarding the safety or new construction have been made. It addresses specific keyevents that can lead the company to adopt disaster mode. To these events there are smallaction plans with targets to be met to resolve the situation in a good way.
