Training in organizations aims to improve the effectiveness of the people who work for them and, as a result, improve the organisations' efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. Within the framework of the project 'Balanced Information Technology', by the National Institute for Working Life, Ostersund, the project hopes to strengthen the competitive capability of enterprises. The goal of this paper is to contribute some aspects of competence and learning factors concerning work design and change theories in relation to ergonomics.
