Recent studies of seismic risk in Sweden indicate that there are connections between the epi-centres of earthquakes and the tectonics. On the basis of the existing data of seismicity and tectonics, eleven seismo-tectonic zones are suggested for Fennoscandia. The correlation between gravity data, late-glacial movements and the seismo-tectonic zones is found to be positive.
