Recycling processes are one of the most important issues recently. Recycling is described as a resource recovery method involving the collection, separation, and processing to specification of scrap materials and their use as raw materials for manufacture into new products. In this study, scrap materials as alumina-graphite tubes were processed for recovering graphite. The flotation technique was applied on the scrap material. The effects of the various types of modifiers, collector and frother were investigated to obtain graphite concentrate. At the end of the experiments, while a clean graphite concentrate having 85.39% carbon content was obtained, tailings having 71.3% carbon content and 71.3 % by weight were removed from graphite.
